3. Using tomatoes and cucumbers are popular natural recipes. Place some slices of tomatoes and cucumbers over scars. Tomatoes are rich in vitamin A that reduces the production of sebum which causes acne. Vitamin A also has antioxidant qualities that refreshes and renews scarred and damaged skin. Cucumber soothes inflammation, refreshes the skin, and heals acne scars. This tightens the pores of the skin giving it a nice, even texture.

4. Use this recipe to make your own face mask. Mix equal portions in tablespoons of sour cream, yogurt, ground oatmeal and a few drops of lemon juice. Pat the mixture onto affected areas, leave on for 10 minutes, and rinse off.
